Install instructions
If you're new to ROM files, they need emulators to play games. Click here to go to my preferred GBA emulator download page. go through the install by pressing okay on every page, open the application once installed, and drag the ROM file over the application window.
If this guide was too vague than look up some you tube guide, theirs's plenty of resources to figure out how to make this work.
